This circa 1920s cheese keeper was made by Thomas Forester and Sons. It has the mark T.F. & S. LTD and "Made in England." The LTD dates this piece to post 1891, and the "Made in England" mark dates it to an even later time, post 1925, when this mark was used. I am estimating this piece is circa mid to late 1920s as the use of cheese keepers declined after refrigeration was invented. I believe the pattern to be "Derby," which is above the manufacturer on the bottom of the tray.
